"Sometimes what you think is the problem isn't really the problem. Everyone thought I was overindulging and not exercising — when in fact I was doing the opposite, sometimes to extremes. Once I allowed myself to eat more and lift more, it became easy. The problem was never my physical weight. Actually, the problem was never me."
