Your coach reaches you directly through text, voice, and video messages. Each week includes a personal video assessment of your progress, and every client receives a monthly 1:1 session. For labs, we handle everything: ordering, logistics, and a private video review of your results so you understand what they mean and how they're shaping your program.

Completely. We do not use templates. Your nutrition plan, food lists, recipes, training, and nervous system protocols are all built around your specific labs, your health history, your lifestyle, and what your body is actually doing. As you progress, your program is continuously adjusted based on how you're responding. No two KYLO clients have the same program.

Every day, clients receive a lesson from the KYLO education curriculum covering hormone health, organ system function, metabolic optimization, supplementation, and longevity markers. Not at all. Through our exclusive partnerships with Evexia and Quest Diagnostics, we handle all lab ordering on your behalf. Once results are in, your coach reviews them with you personally via a private video session. You'll understand exactly what your results mean and how they're shaping your program.

If you have a provider you prefer or recent labs you'd like us to use, that works too.
